Chloé Chomienne is a French real estate advisor based in Cambodia, with over 15 years of experience across Southeast Asia, including China, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.

After developing strong field experience within international companies and regional real estate networks, she played a key role in launching and developing a Cambodian branch for a Thailand-based agency, combining sales performance with personalized client support.

Now operating independently through her own structure, Chloé supports French-speaking and European buyers looking to purchase, relocate or invest in Cambodia and selected Southeast Asian markets, with a pragmatic and client-oriented approach.

She is fluent in French and English, with conversational Chinese.

Louis Cousin holds a Master’s Degree from EM Lyon Business School in France and brings 15 years of experience across Southeast Asian real estate and hospitality environments.

After beginning his career in France in real estate data management and market research consulting, Louis moved to Asia where he developed hands-on expertise in residential sales, investment marketing, CRM structuring and commercial operations coordination across Thailand, the Philippines and Cambodia.

Over the years, he has collaborated with developers, agencies and hospitality-related projects on sales structuring, operational coordination, CRM implementation, positioning strategy and commercial execution.

His approach combines analytical thinking, field experience and pragmatic implementation, with a strong focus on helping organizations improve clarity, efficiency and commercial coordination in complex operating environments.
