Founder - CEO / CMO

 Holding a Master's Degree from EM Lyon Business School in France, Louis brings 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, having developed solid expertise in various fields.

He began his career in Paris as a Real Estate Database Manager and Market Research Consultant. In these roles, he provided operational and strategic consulting for major property developers, asset managers, and governmental agencies across numerous cities in France and Europe.

In his late twenties, Louis moved to Asia. There, he married and partnered with a Thai woman, quickly establishing himself as an independent residential Real Estate agent. For over five years, he specialized in selling lifestyle properties (condominiums and pool villas) to international clients in Thailand's most sought-after beach resorts, including Phuket, Hua Hin, and Pattaya.

He later transitioned to marketing and management roles in a well-established Real Estate agency, focusing on investment properties across Southeast Asia. Louis developed a dynamic marketing service, overseeing the entire online buyer acquisition strategy and the design of sales materials. He also played a key role in assisting company directors with new project sourcing, due diligence, CRM deployment, and training Sales Agents.

In 2022, Louis founded Asiasset and embraced a more sales-oriented role as an externalized Master Agent for a successful property developer in the Philippines. He was instrumental in the sell-out of the first 5-star hotel project within a 25-hectare beachfront estate under construction in El Nido, Palawan. This accomplishment was achieved remotely during the pandemic. Following the launch of a second phase with many agents onboard, he continued to independently sell and market this exceptional beachfront development.

In September 2023, Louis launched his  independent marketing and business development consultancy services,  leveraging his extensive background in marketing and sales management within the real estate and hospitality sectors. His unique approach not only emphasizes understanding market trends but also enhances marketing expertise, aiming to deliver strategic solutions that align with client needs. This venture reflects his dedication to merging deep market insights with effective sales strategies, offering a comprehensive service that supports clients in achieving their objectives. 

 Partner - International Sales

After completing her education in France (equivalent to a Master's degree), Chloe immediately moved to Asia. Over the next 15 years, she worked for international companies in China, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Having lived in Cambodia for six years, Chloe seized an opportunity to join a rapidly growing real estate agency based in Thailand. She was instrumental in opening their Cambodian branch, where she delivered outstanding sales results coupled with exceptional customer care.

During this time, Chloe also began investing in various developments across the region.

The agency, primarily focused on medium-range investment properties reliant on mass tourism, faced challenges during the Covid crisis, leading to the closure of several branches, including the one in Cambodia.

In response, Chloe established her own legal entity to continue operating as an independent agent. She focused on selling real estate properties in Cambodia to French-speaking clients, while maintaining a presence in other markets where she had significant sales achievements, particularly in the Philippines and Thailand.

Concurrently, Chloe began to cultivate a network of travel agents in Hong Kong and China.

In mid-2023, she decided to collaborate with Asiasset, embarking on a complementary venture.

Chloe is fluent in English and French, with basic conversational skills in Chinese.

Mark has extensive experience handling cross-border transactions in the ASEAN region, including advising and representing major companies and business groups from Singapore, China, and Thailand with foreign direct investment into Myanmar. Mark is a recognized lawyer for his works in Thailand, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
