Lb Aresia comprehensive consulting services encompass:

• Project definition (land survey, market analysis, project concept and business plan including all financial metrics)
• Design and construction (advising on tent selection, purchasing and installation, supervising architects, contractors, designers, landscapers...)
• Pre-opening and management (Planification, Branding, Marketing and Sales Plan, IT, HR, SOP...)

While some of our clients finance their project with their own funds or bank financing, others are willing to enter joint-ventures with passive investors.
