Founder - CEO 

Holding a Master Degree from EM Lyon Business School in France, Louis has 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, and built solid expertise in various fields. 

He started his career in Paris as a Real Estate Database Manager and Market Research Consultant, performing operational and strategic consulting jobs for major property developers, asset managers and governmental agencies in numerous cities in France and Europe. 

He moved to Asia in his late twenties,  married and partnered with Thai woman, quickly operating as an independent residential Real Estate agent, selling lifestyle properties (condominiums and pool villas) to international clients for over 5 years in the most sought after Thailand beach resorts such as Phuket, Hua Hin and Pattaya.

 He later evolved into marketing and management functions for a well established Real Estate agency focusing on investment properties in the whole South East Asia region. He developed a dynamic marketing service, running the whole online buyers acquisition strategy and sales materials design, while also assisting company Directors for new project sourcing, due diligences, CRM deployment and Sales Agents training.

In 2022, he incorporated Asiasset and took a more Sales oriented challenge, as (externalized) Master Agent for a successful property developer in The Philippines, with a full time commitment.  He proactively accompanied the incredible sell-out of the first 5 Star Hotel project of a 25 hectares beachfront Estate under construction in El Nido Palawan (all remotely during the pandemic). After the launch of  a second phase, with many agents onboarded, he decided to continue selling and marketing this exceptional beachfront development as an independent agent.

In September 2023, he finally started to spend some time to develop Asiasset website, marketing, partnerships, and product selection to continue his learning curve in the fascinating and challenging ASEAN landscape of Hospitality Investment Properties designed, built, branded and operated by non-listed, innovative and privately own developers and hoteliers, offering unparalleled investment opportunities to private individuals.

Louis speaks fluently English, French and Spanish and has basic conversational skills in Thai.

Partner - Business Development  

 After graduating (A level +5) in France Chloe moved straight to Asia. Working for international Companies in China, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia for 15 years.

She was already living in Cambodia for 6 years when she seized the opportunity to join a fast growing real estate agency based in Thailand, opening the Cambodian branch, delivering excellent sales results with great customer care.

She also started to invest herself in various developments in the region.

The real estate agency she was affiliated with, mostly selling medium range investment properties relying on mass tourism, had to close several branches during the Covid crisis, Cambodia included.

She created her own legal structure to continue operating as an independent agent, mostly selling Real Estate properties in Cambodia to French speaking clients, and also keeping an eye on other markets where she happened to have some significant sales records (especially The Philippines and Thailand).

Meanwhile, she gradually started to develop a network of travel agents in Hong Kong and China.

Mid 2023, she decided to join forces with Asiasset in a complimentary venture.

Chloe speaks fluently English and French, and has basic conversational skills in Chinese.
